INTRODUCTION

This is a website, owned and operated by Epson Australia Pty Limited ABN 91 002 625 783 of 3 Talavera Road, North Ryde, NSW, Australia ("Epson").

This Product Registration website is designed to allow End Users customers/owners (being Australian Residents) of Epson products to register their Epson product ownership details online.

By ticking the checkbox on the registration page for the Product Registration website, you agree to the following terms of use. Additionally you will have access to the other Club Epson websites, Shop Online, Competitions & Promotions, Creative Corner and PhotoStation. View Club Epson Terms of Use.

PRODUCT REGISTRATION

To register your Epson Product, you must follow the procedure on the registration page and enter the following details:

• End User (Owner's) Name
• Address Details (optional)
• Product Model
• Serial Number
• Date of Purchase
• Store or Place of Purchase
• E-mail Address
• Password (as explained below)

Once you have entered these details, you will be asked to complete a short survey. During the registration process you will be asked to record your E-mail address and a password. By recording your e-mail address as the Login ID and entering a password, you may return to the site and register additional products. As a registered user you will have full access to the Club Epson websites including Shop Online, Competitions & Promotions, PhotoStation and Creative Corner.

PRIVACY

Details such as the owners name, address, contact details and the Epson products purchased will be retained on this site. Information entered into the site by you will be treated as confidential. Epson service agents may have limited access to parts of this information to assist with warranty claims, (serial number, date of purchase and customer surname). UPDATE OF TERMS

Epson may change the Terms of Use at any time but will not give you separate notice of any changes. You should periodically review the current Terms of Use, to familiarise yourself with any revisions that will affect you.
